At WZR Property Sdn Bhd, we are driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability. Established in 1999 under the Companies Act of Malaysia, we have grown into a prominent leader in construction and property development. Over the past 26 years, WZR has secured and completed 44 projects worth approximately RM4.3 billion and currently taking on 7 projects valued at RM 2.3 billion.
Having laid our foundation well, WZR is currently a recognized and reputable Class A Bumiputera Contractor registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor, a privileged CIDB Grade 7 License with the Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia, a C1 (Pembentungan & Bekalan Air) permit holder with Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara, license holder for Network Services Provider (NSP), Network Facilities Provider (NFP) and a registered contractor with Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.
WZR takes tremendous pride in being awarded a Quality Assessment System in Construction (Qlassic) score of 78 percent by CIDB in July 2020. We are also proud to be certified ISO 9001:2015 compliant company with NIOSH under Project Management of Design & Provision of Building Construction and Civil Engineering Works.

Datuk Wan Nadzir Bin Wan Mohamad is a distinguished Malaysian professional, serving as the Group Executive Director since his appointment to the Board of Directors on 10th February 2004.

A graduate of the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with a Bachelor of Accountancy (1995), Datuk Wan Nadzir began his career as a Senior Auditor at Syamsir Jasani & Co in the same year. In 1997, he advanced to become Audit Manager at Wan Ali Jaafar & Associates, where he gained extensive experience in auditing, public floatation processes, investigative reviews, and development.
Recognizing his passion for accounting and financial management, Datuk Wan Nadzir founded Wan Nadzir & Co., an accounting firm that he continues to lead successfully. His leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence have cemented his reputation as a trusted figure in financial management and corporate governance.
His partnership with En. Ibrahim Rahmad has further solidified his standing in the corporate world, combining their expertise to drive success in property development and strategic planning. Datuk Wan Nadzir’s exceptional contributions and leadership continue to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the organizations he represents.
En. Ibrahim Rahmad
Business Development Director
A distinguished Malaysian professional with over three decades of experience in property development, En. Ibrahim Rahmad is graduated from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), United Kingdom, in 1986. His expertise project planning, implementation, marketing, credit management, and land management making him a pivotal figure in the real estate sector.
En. Ibrahim has held key leadership roles in renowned organizations including SEDC Melaka, Land & General Berhad, Perumahan Kinrara Berhad, and I&P Group Sdn Bhd. At I&P, he rose through strategic roles to become as the Head of Operations (Strategic Planning).
Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in developing iconic projects worth billions, including :

- Kota Bayuemas (530 acres)
- Alam Impian (1,234 acres)

Since joining the WZR Management Team in 2012, En. Ibrahim has brought unparalleled expertise and a robust industry network, solidifying the company’s standing in property development. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of Wealth Plateau Sdn Bhd and (WPSB) Transgreen Structure Sdn Bhd (TSSB), driving strategic planning and operational excellence.
